Fund Raising

Your financial support helps keep Scouting programs available and affordable to all families.

A contribution of just $3.00 per week ($150 per year) is enough to support one Scout for one year.

Friends of Scouting

Each year, the council asks Scouting families, community leaders and area business to provide much needed funds. The Friends of Scouting (FOS) campaign is a critical source of income to the council ensuring our ability to provide great program for the youth of our community.

Keystone Project

As fundraising becomes more and more difficult, we are turning to our strongest supporters.  The Keystone project seeks 10 Keystone patrons, each committed to $5,000 per year for three years.  Keystone patrons will provide the solid foundation upon which our Scouting programs may grow and prosper.

By making this commitment, Keystone patrons relieve some of the fundraising pressure and allow our staff and volunteers to focus on quality Scouting programs for the youth of our community.

Keystone patrons will be recognized throughout the year, in Newsletters, on the Web Site and at events and activities.

Special Events
The council conducts events to raise money in support of Scouting programs.  Upcoming events will be listed here and in the calendar.

The Cambridge Distinguished Citizen Banquet honors the personal sacrifice and dedication of persons who have distinguished themselves in service to their community. The fee paid to attend covers the cost of the meal and provides a significant contribution to Scouting. The price is $150 per person or $200 for a couple. The banquet is held in May each year.
